Just Like Spring Rain
“Just Like Spring Rain” is an abstract seascape oil painting 40cm x 40cm (16 x 16 inches) on 2cm (0.5 inch) deep canvas. It's on display at the Electric Palace Cinema in Hastings as part of the Coastal Currents Festival. It's available to purchase here.
The painting is inspired by sunshine on the sea in Hastings after the rain. The title is from “Spring Rain” by The Go-Betweens
It's painted in shades of green with blue, yellow and white. The paint has a satin sheen and is textured in parts.
The painting continues around the sides of the canvas and it is signed on the back. It is ready to hang and comes with a signed and dated Certificate of Authenticity.
